Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders exceeding amount of ₹500.
International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns
Return Policy: We are confident you'll love our tea, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the unused packets within 2-3 working days, and we'll refund your money. No returns will be accepted for merchandise orders unless a defected unit has been shipped.
Cancellation
Cancellation policy: After placing the order, you can cancel the order within 24 hours if he/she wishes to, by emailing us support@mitaanindia.com
Refunds
Refund Policy: In case payment has already been made, the refund will be processed within 2-3 working days.
